Does Meadowly.org have a retail location?
Meadowly.org is a family-run, home-based business, not a retail store. We sell our merchandise online, through our website. Our workshop is located in Corfu, New York, and we occasionally sell items at area craft shows during the year. For current listings or support, contact us at support at meadowly.org.
Why is Meadowly.org the name of your website?
Our registered business name in New York State is Goodman Craft Designs, and we’ve been in business since 2010. The domain for Goodman Craft Designs was already in use. So we chose Meadowly.org. We liked the country feel of “Meadowly,” and as country folks ourselves, it felt like the right fit.
Do you make your products?
We make all of our wood products from locally sourced lumber. Our fabric goods are sewn by us from purchased yardage. Some decal items, like t-shirts, start as blanks that we decal. Everything is made in our workshop home in Corfu, New York. And, whenever possible, we buy raw goods from US-based manufacturers.
What types of products do you make?
We create a variety of handmade and handcrafted items, mostly wood and fabric goods, home decor, kitchen items, decals, and more. We’re always exploring new ideas, so our offerings may grow over time.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, our products are made by us in our home-based workshop in Corfu, New York. Some items are made completely from raw materials. Others start as purchased materials that we personalize or transform. Every item gets our personal attention, from the idea to the finished product.
Can I request a custom or personalized item?
Absolutely. We enjoy creating something a little different. If you have an idea for a custom or personalized item, contact us at and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll let you know if it’s something we can create and we’ll work with you on details. Custom projects may vary in price and production time.
How do I care for my handmade items?
Care instructions are included with each product and we can always answer questions if you’re unsure.
How long does it take to make and ship an order?
Most items listed on our website are made and ready to ship. Those usually go out within one to two business days. Custom or personalized orders vary depending on the design details. We will give an estimated time when we discuss the order.
