Looking for Christmas Craft shows near me 2022 , well we will be selling our items at two fabulous crafts shows this Christmas. Both shows are located in the WNY area. The first is at the Alexander Fire Department Recreation Hall on Sunday November 27th 2022. The address is 10708 Alexander Rd, (Route 98) Alexander, NY. The show runs from 10 am to 3pm. The second show is at the Alden Community Center at 13116 W Main St, Alden, NY . This is on Saturday December 3, 2022 from 10am to 2pm. It is part of Alden’s Christmas in the Park. It’s the 24th year this event has taken place, impressive! The craft show is from 10 am to 2pm and it is all handmade vendors. I hope you will be able to stop by. We have new Christmas items including ornaments, toys, Stockings, Wooden Trees, Table Runners and Holiday Hair Bows to help brighten your holidays. Hello there, so glad you stopped by. We are Trina and Eric Goodman. We are the team behind Goodman Craft Designs and Meadowly.org. We are both retired but have enjoyed wood working and crafting for as long as I can remember. We have lived in Darien, NY for almost 20 years. It is a rural town in western New York. Our mailing address is Corfu, New York which is the next town over. We found it much easier to make our location Corfu, NY. It sure beats explaining that we live in Darien, NY but have a Corfu, NY mailing address; every time someone asks where we are located. I love designing and figuring out how to create the items that we make. My husband, Eric (we have been married for over 30 years) tells me it is a hobby on steroids. Together we have remodeled 2 homes. I keep telling him I want a living room addition. He says no… because two of our three daughters are out on their own.
So instead we craft, there is something simply beautiful about an item that is handcrafted. Knowing the time, work and effort we spend creating these items makes them even more valuable to me. Especially since we live in a “throw away culture” I know the things we make are made with care and attention to detail. I know that at least two other people might feel that way too. You see we have been selling our items at craft shows since 2010 and twice, I was asked to autograph the item that the customer purchased. I was quite honored, thinking about it still make me smile. By the way the picture is my husband Eric and I with our grand-daughter taken in 2020. Update: On September 25, 2022 we welcomed our second granddaughter Bailey to the family.
