On behalf of the Goodman Craft Designs we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly. You must follow the policy of the shipping company as all shipped items are insured
Please reach out to us at Support@Meadowly.org if your return request is not shipping related. Please allow us at least 5 business days to provide a response to your inquiry. It is recommended that you photograph the item and shipping package if the item was damaged during shipping.
Items that are personalized are not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item. We take great pride in the craftmanship of our items and each item is throughly inspected before it leaves our workshop. Please note that sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
