We use USPS Priority to ship our products. We do this because:

They offer shipping insurance on all orders
They deliver most packages within 3 days
They provide email tracking for you our customer.

Local Pick-up of Orders

We are a home-based business. Located in Corfu, NY. Pick-up of items can be arranged prior to order completion by sending an email using the contact form located on the about page.

Handling and Pre-shipping turn around time time

Our website lists the quantities that are currently available.
All items not currently in a back order status will be shipped within 2 days of order payment.
Custom or personalized items may take extra time to create. Please consult product page listing for additional details. If no specific information is detailed on the individual product page, then it is our policy is to have the ordered item shipped within 2 days after receipt of order payment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated on a flat rate basis and are listed on the checkout page prior to your purchase. Free local pickup is available in Corfu, NY
